A leading home furnishings retailer is looking for a fresh graduate or an individual with up to 2 years of HR-related experience to assist with HRIS implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancement projects. The role involves developing HR system documentation, designing Power BI dashboards, and supporting training initiatives to improve user experience. Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement are essential. This is a great opportunity to start a career in HR within an innovative company.
