Responsibilities

• Implement the production plan including wheat intake and milling.
• Operate production lines assigned by Shift Miller or Chief Miller.
• Carry out maintenance and housekeeping schedules as planned.
• Conduct sampling, measuring, and accurate reporting during shifts.
• Report machinery defects and monitor maintenance closely.
• Learn about production processes and machinery operations.
• Propose process improvement projects for quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with audit and customer requirements.
• Perform any other tasks directed by management.
