Job description
Supervisor - General Security (Operations)

Coordinate and Supervise Security Operations
Oversee daily security activities, including guard post assignments, task allocation, and shift rotations to ensure full coverage and compliance with company standards.

Monitor and Enforce Compliance
Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies, security procedures, and disciplinary systems; take corrective action on any non-compliance or misconduct and perform additional duties or night shift work as required by the Company.

Conduct Patrols and Inspections
Perform regular patrols and spot checks around the premises to detect potential security risks, safety issues, or breaches of company policies.

Manage Security Systems and GTS Devices
Ensure all security cameras (CCTV), Guard Tracking System (GTS) devices, alarm systems, and access control equipment are fully functional; liaise with MIS for maintenance, repair, and data management.

Investigate and Report Incidents
Detect and report cases of pilferage, sabotage, or misconduct; conduct preliminary investigations and elevate findings to the Security Operations or Industrial Relations team.

Conduct Training and Performance Evaluation
Provide on-the-job training for security guards and regularly assess their performance, attendance, and knowledge of current security procedures.

Maintain Security Integrity of Premises
Check perimeter fencing, gates, doors, and windows for breaches or defects, ensuring timely repair requests through the Facility Department.

Manage Keys, Logs, and Records
Ensure all keys, key boxes, logbooks, and related security records are properly maintained, securely stored, and accurately documented to uphold accountability.

Promote Professional Conduct and Good Relations
Foster discipline, teamwork, and good interpersonal relationships among security personnel while upholding the company’s reputation and goodwill with employees and stakeholders.

Ensure Safe and Organized Work Environment
Practice and enforce 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe security working area.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma (Any Field of Study)
  • Preferred 2 years’ relevant experience in in-house security.
  • Ex‑police or army personnel.
