Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will handle import/export shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and coordinate warehouse operations to optimize inventory management. A diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience are required, with preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin for liaising with suppliers in China.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, import/export, customs clearance, and purchasing.
• Experience in warehouse coordination and inventory control will be an added advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for liaising with China-based suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export shipments and handle customs clearance processes.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor stock movement, delivery schedules, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
