Job summary

A leading global energy solutions provider seeks an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process focusing on Direct Labor and non-exempt roles. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure adherence to HR policies, and support new employee onboarding. Job description
Overview

Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR fuction with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, particularly Direct Labor (DL) and non-exempt hiring. The role partners closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, execute recruitment strategies, support employee lifecucle activities, and ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for DL, non-exempt, and other assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates in a high-demand manufacturing market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide timely, accurate recruitment updates.
  • Support high-volume hiring activities and ensure recruitment processes meet quality, compliance, and timeline expectations.
  • Provide guidance to managers/supervisors on interviewing techniques, selection criteria, and hiring decisions based on objective standards.
  • Act as an HR advisor to business units on employment matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, recruitment documentation, compensation details, payroll-related data, and other sensitive information.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with local employment law and RBA, internal guidelines, and applicable corporate standards.
  • Comply with applicable employment law and recruiting best practices, including sourcing for a diverse range of candidates.
  • Participate in HR related projects to improve systems, processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide prompt and accurate HR reports.
  • Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
  • Other duties assigned by superior.
Work Environment
  • Mostly office environment.
  • Some travel may be necessary domestically.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in Direct Labor (DL) and non-exempt hiring is required.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP.
Experience
  • More than 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Direct experience in DL and non-exempt hiring (operatoes, technicians, line leaders, etc.)
  • Exposure to broader HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations support, and HR reporting.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors, SAP, or other HRIS/ATS systems.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivelant work experience in related field.
