Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with customers to secure payment arrangements.
• Review and execute appropriate collection actions, such as legal proceedings, debt restructuring, or settlements to recover outstanding debts and minimize credit losses.
• Collaborate with product teams and business units to ensure coordinated collection activities across the organization.
• Meet individual and team productivity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
