Job summary
A leading materials company in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer to enhance its quality management capabilities. This role involves managing product and process quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing data for quality improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in quality management with familiarity in ISO standards. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality management and analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
- Good command of English and Chinese for effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and develop solutions for quality improvement.
- Interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.
