Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Perform daily plant walk and identify potential issues.
• Adjust process parameters for optimum running condition.
• Analyze and react to warning alarms.
• Inform abnormal operation conditions to superior.
• Take actions to restore normal operating conditions.
• Perform routine operations per SOP.
• Record operating parameters and generate reports.
• Coordinate with customer operations team.
• Monitor stock levels and order replenishments.
• Perform plant maintenance with support.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC.
• Maintain general housekeeping of site.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipments.
• Undertake other related jobs as directed.
