Job summary
A prominent architecture firm in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced professional with a Master's in Architecture and at least 6 years of project management experience. The role involves leading teams, preparing project reports, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and authority guidelines. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities to manage technical meetings and reports effectively. This position may be full-time or on a project basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience with a track record of completed projects from inception to CMGD.
- Ability to chair meetings and manage team communications.
- Familiarity with authority guidelines and contract terms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and chair meetings effectively.
- Prepare monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor compliance with authority guidelines.
Skills
Education
Candidate must possess preferably Master in Architecture, Part II or equivalent;
At least 6 year(s) of working experience with track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD ;
Ability to lead the team include chairing CCM, Site Meeting, troubleshoot Technical Meeting issues;
Ability to understand Contract Terms and LAM guideline;
Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress Report;
Independent and familiar with various Authority guidelines with close monitoring on follow up;
Full-Time / Project Basis / Contract position(s) available;
