Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms for materials and services
  • Negotiating favorable terms and prices with suppliers, including cost, delivery timelines, and payment terms
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs and overstocking
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and procurement needs
  • Tracking and expediting the delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely arrival at the construction site
  • Implementing and improving procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information
  • Conduct cost analysis on various materials and services to identify cost‑saving opportunities
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
Job Requirements
  • Possess a degree/diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Logistics, or a related field
