A financial services company in Subang Jaya is seeking an Accounting Assistant to prepare financial documents such as payment vouchers and manage supplier obligations. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Accounting and Finance, have 1-2 years of related experience, and be proficient in MS Office. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. This is a challenging work environment, ideal for dynamic individuals.
Prepare payment voucher and general ledger.
Prepare SOA for customer and send.
Prepare payment through Internet banking.
Prepare PO to suppliers.
Able to call supplier to follow up collection and arrange the transportation.
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
Min. Diploma in Accounting and Finance
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting working experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Good in negotiation, communication & presentation skills.
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
