Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in contracts, QS, or procurement within the construction or water industry.
• Strong understanding of PAM, JKR, CIDB, FIDIC, and standard construction contract forms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Procurement and Contracts Departments.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage all construction-related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, JKR, PAM, FIDIC, and company standards.
