About FC-BIOS
What You’ll Do
  • Grow the business: Identify and secure new opportunities within government & private hospitals, teaching institutions, and industrial users.
  • Engage stakeholders: Build strong, long‑term relationships with procurement teams, clinicians, and key decision‑makers.
  • Promote solutions: Work closely with the Marketing team to lead promotional activities and represent FC‑Bios at events/exhibitions.
  • Track performance: Monitor, report, and optimize business development outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering/Pharmacy/Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience, in business development / sales, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Experience in both hospitals and pharmacy channel is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with biomedical fridges, freezers, or cold chain solutions is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
  • Independent, proactive, and driven personality.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel across Malaysia.
