  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fast fashion retail, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in executing daily store operations.
  • Supervise sales floor activities and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Guide team members during shifts to achieve service and sales expectations.
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, fitting room support, and styling suggestions.
  • Handle customer complaints at the first level and escalated major issues when necessary.
  • Execute all visual merchandising guidelines including mannequin styling, window displays, and product presentation.
  • Ensure new arrivals are processed, steamed, tagged, and displayed according to VM standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and fast‑fashion presentation standards at all times.
  • Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and stockroom organisation.
  • Conduct daily/weekly stock checks and highlight discrepancies or stock issues.
  • Monitor fast‑moving items and inform the Store Manager for replenishment planning.
  • Train new staff on store SOPs, cashiering, stock handling, and VM execution.
  • Supervise staff during shifts and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Assist with manpower planning by monitoring attendance and manpower gaps.
  • Support end‑of‑day closing, cash reconciliation, and daily operational reporting.
