Job summary
A leading third-party administrator in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead projects end to end. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in software project management, a strong grasp of Agile methodology, and hands-on skills in enterprise software delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

- Hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering enterprise software systems.

Moreover, they have developed the first ever System in-built Medical Knowledge Based Administrative System to achieve cost containment yet not compromising quality of healthcare provided.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- To be involved in developing projects end to end and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Coordinating deliverables, gathering technical requirements, client discussions, meetings, trainings, and relevant presentations.
- To lead the project development team and resolve all the technical roadblocks.
- Manage deliverables, change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issue.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3-year of working experiences in software project management or related field is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and proven experiences in software development.
- Hands on experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering enterprise software systems.
- Familiar with web related technologies (Web applications, API, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
- Familiar with Microsoft technology: OOP programming language (.NET C#, .NET Core), database (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and reporting server. (SSRS)
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
