Moreover, they have developed the first ever System in-built Medical Knowledge Based Administrative System to achieve cost containment yet not compromising quality of healthcare provided.

The new role

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• To be involved in developing projects end to end and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Coordinating deliverables, gathering technical requirements, client discussions, meetings, trainings, and relevant presentations.
• To lead the project development team and resolve all the technical roadblocks.
• Manage deliverables, change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issue.

Requirements to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3-year of working experiences in software project management or related field is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and proven experiences in software development.
• Hands on experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering enterprise software systems.
• Familiar with web related technologies (Web applications, API, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
• Familiar with Microsoft technology: OOP programming language (.NET C#, .NET Core), database (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and reporting server. (SSRS)
• Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
