Overview

Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more!

We are looking to connect with experienced freelance HR professionals for potential part-time support needs in the coming months. This person will take on both operational and strategic people tasks, helping improve systems and frameworks that support our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on work with broader organizational impact in a fast-paced, multicultural remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: draft job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update people-related policies and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Drive or support strategic people projects such as org structure planning, job leveling frameworks, and internal SOP improvements
  • Help foster internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or similar fields
  • Independent and proactive, with strong ownership over your work
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Clear communicator, especially in diverse and distributed teams
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in business English
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a multicultural or tech-oriented company
  • Prior remote working experience
  • Mandarin proficiency
