A manufacturing company based in Meru, Selangor is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee operations at the Stripping and Layering floor. The ideal applicant will have a diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a related field with ISO compliance. Responsibilities include leading maintenance programs, spearheading machinery modifications, and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
1. To oversee the overall operation at Stripping and Layering floor including of manpower arrangement, process improvement and waste reduction.
2. Plan, coordinate and execute comprehensive machinery maintenance programs to ensure high machinery uptime and reliability.
3. Spearhead machinery modification and automation initiatives such as visual camera system, auto-transferring conveyor and equipment.
4. Collaborate closely with Technical, Maintenance and Engineering Teams to improve machinery performance and accuracy.
5. Conduct detail root cause analysis of equipment and process failures by implementing relevant corrective & preventive measures.
6. Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, 5S, GMP and all necessary regulatory requirements across the workstation.
7. Drive continuous improvement at workstation focusing on productivity, safety and quality assurance compliances.
8. Provide technical leadership and training to peers and fellows.
9. Maintained documentation and audit trails.
10. Report compilation for management reviews.
1. Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalents.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field with ISO compliance.
3. Strong leadership skills, independent with self-drive, result orientated, good problem solving and reporting skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills and good communication skills.
