We are seeking a motivated professional to drive the adoption of our innovative stem cell product. You will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals, executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and a passion for cutting-edge regenerative medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining deep expertise in our stem cell portfolio, including their therapeutic benefits, mechanisms, and appropriate applications.

Planning and conducting insightful presentations and talks, in-service demonstrations, and formal educational programs for healthcare professionals and potential clients.

Collaborating with the sales team to implement effective strategies that achieve key business targets.

Monitoring industry developments, analyzing competitor offerings, and providing intelligence on market trends to guide our approach.

Building strong relationships by delivering responsive, knowledgeable support that fosters trust and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.

Experience: More than 3 years of experience working in sales & marketing and prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is preferred.

Skills: A result-driven professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. Adept at managing time and priorities effectively, whether working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Language: Fluency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Driving License: Class D/DA driving license preferred.
