Job description

Perform technical support, repair, maintenance of refrigerators and air conditioners in shops and premises.

Perform minor and assist in major repairs as necessary.

Respond to all job order promptly.

Respond to all customer's complaints and feedback.

Updated the company on job status.

Ensure proper safekeeping of tools.

Follow safety and health Standard Operating Procedure.

Other duties as assigned.
