Job description

This is a casual/part-time position based on campaign schedules and live session availability. Working hours will vary depending on livestream timing, including weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Livestream Host to represent our brand through engaging and interactive live sessions on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences, showcasing products, and driving sales through live video.

Job Description
  • Responsible for hosting live stream including but not limited to Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada, managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed product presentations on live streaming platforms, attending to queries, actively interact with viewers to maintain high engagement.
  • Ensure all products are accurately prepared, labelled, and ready for livestream presentations.
  • Collaborate with the campaign strategy teams to align livestream content and product focus with promotional mechanic, including scheduling, planning and marketing.
  • Manage technical aspects of live streaming, ensure high-quality production standards including live setup, equipment, and overall presentation.
  • Monitor live session performance metrics and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather and repost customer feedback from live sessions to help the team improve future content and product offerings.
  • Stay updated with platform trends and competitors’ livestream strategies to improve performance.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant experience in marketing is a plus.
