Project Manager — Multi-Project Construction Lead
Job summary
A construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple Industrialized Building System (IBS) projects in Malaysia. The candidate must have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with specifications, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Experience in Building or Precast Construction is advantageous. The position is based in Selangor with multiple project locations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Possesses good leadership and communication skills.
- Self motivated with passion for details, resourceful and computer literate.
- Experience in Building Construction and/or Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ensure jobs meet required specifications and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, lead, and monitor project teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with designers for design conformance.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system.
