Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at Dong Sing Food Link Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished finance professional to take on a key position within our organisation and contribute to our continued growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily financial operations and handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Perform all banking related duties.
• Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretary and government.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring prompt collection of payments and timely settlement of invoices.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

What we’re looking for

• Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full set accounting / auditing / or similar roles as accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insight.
• Able to work at Semenyih, Selangor area.
