Job summary
A leading provider of warehouse solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Executive to enhance operational efficiency through expert support. The role involves assisting technicians, liaising with OEMs, and developing preventive maintenance programs for equipment. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree and possess strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Chinese is essential for handling technical manuals. The position offers training by leaders and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in forklift or MHE service/technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese (spoken & written).
- Experience with CAN bus systems and lithium battery forklifts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist field technicians in diagnosing system errors and offer troubleshooting guidance.
- Act as a communication bridge between the company and OEM.
- Develop preventive maintenance scope and schedules for new truck models.
