Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Logistics/Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound orthotics stock, storage, and proper shelf arrangement.
  • Perform regular stock checks and ensure inventory matches system records.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to update inventory reports and track data.
  • Assist with packing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

As our business expands, we’re looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Required) – for communication with Mandarin‑speaking clients/suppliers
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, stock reporting, data entry)
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Logistics/Warehouse Management
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in warehouse/store operations is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage inbound/outbound orthotics stock, storage, and proper shelf arrangement

  • Coordinate with sales and purchasing departments for stock replenishment
  • Conduct stock counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods
  • Verify supplier deliveries and match them with purchase orders
