An event management organization in Selangor is seeking a Marketing Executive to promote and market event spaces. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing client enquiries, and coordinating event logistics. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Events Management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A vibrant working environment with opportunities for creative input awaits you.
Promote and market all event spaces to potential clients, including corporates, associations, and event organizers.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase venue bookings.
Handle enquiries, conduct site visits, and present venue features to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, booking forms, and necessary documentation for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Coordinate event logistics with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage booking schedules, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses.
Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
Weekend on duty for the event is required.
organizational and planning skills for Publicity – to execute campaign on social media, social advertising boosting & performance review, email blast
Ensure all documents are properly formatted, accurate, and follow with company’s SOP.
You may be assigned any other related duties, in line with your scope of work by your superior and management.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events Management or related fields.
At least 1 year of working experience in sales, marketing, events. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest or experience in event management, sales, and client servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Mandarin and Malay).
Able to handle client enquiries professionally and provide tailored solutions.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client requests.
