Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
Administer HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Support employee welfare, safety, and general HR administration.
