  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Administer payroll and attendance coordination.
  • Handle HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain records.
  • Advise management on HR and Industrial Relations matters.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience

Skills & Competencies
  • Are able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is a MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
