Accounts Assistant Manager
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Melaka is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to handle the full set of accounts, prepare financial reports, and lead the accounts team. Candidates should hold a relevant degree or diploma and possess strong financial management and leadership skills. This role offers a salary range of RM5,000 to RM6,000 and a Monday to Friday working schedule with half days on Saturdays.

- Proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.

Position: Accounts Assistant Manager
Location: Sg Udang, Melaka
Working Day: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 6:00pm)/ Saturday (Half day)
Salary: RM5,000 - RM6,000
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Lead and supervise the accounts team
- Work with auditors, tax agents, and external parties
- Perform any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the management
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in handling full set of accounts
- Strong leadership and people management skills
