The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proven business analysis experience, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using available tools and templates.
• Data Handling: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Requirement Gathering: Support senior analysts in understanding user requirements and translating them into basic analytical tasks or prototypes.
• Process & Automation Assistance: Participate in reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, or AI tool adoption.
• Ad Hoc Requests: Provide support on ad hoc tasks and project-based assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Internship or project experience related to data analysis or automation is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI concepts is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be willing to work in Penang island.
