A boutique law firm is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide remote support to clients. Responsibilities include handling calls, documentation, and client follow-ups, aimed at maintaining a professional service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in customer service or sales.
