Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a People Readiness Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving organizational change initiatives by supporting the implementation of effective change management strategies. You will collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth transitions during significant projects, particularly those relating to SAP 4/Hana. Your expertise will guide teams in identifying training needs and developing tailored learning plans across various regions, while promoting best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall effectiveness.

Accountabilities
  • Support with identifying scope of local learning by analyzing Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Assessments.
  • Build and execute local learning plans integrated into the overall Organizational Change Management plan as needed.
  • Steer local change colleagues regarding local learning requirements.
  • Analyze and engage stakeholders on Training Needs Analysis.
  • Manage scheduling and Train-the-Trainer sessions for both mandatory and local learning.
  • Act as a primary contact for countries concerning queries on mandatory training or local learning.
  • Ensure quality assurance of local learning materials to drive expected outcomes across regions.
  • Promote best practices by sharing lessons learned and encouraging the reuse of tailored materials.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in organizational change management related to large ERP solutions like SAP.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in behavioral or educational sciences preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing organizational change projects in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including solid presentation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations.
