Job summary
A leading insurance provider is seeking a Branch Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee branch operations and manage a team of sales professionals. The role focuses on achieving insurance sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training and support. Candidates should hold any graduation degree and be proficient in developing sales strategies. Attractive salary range of 12LPA-14LPA offered along with a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents.
- Drive the branch to meet or exceed insurance sales targets.
- Monitor and support the licensing process for agents, ensuring they pass the IRDA exam.
- Develop strategies to increase sales productivity and market penetration.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance.
- Track sales metrics and report on branch performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
