Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive – Customer Service to manage travel enquiries and support the contact centre. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an advantage. Responsibilities include handling inquiries related to travel reservations and complaints, with opportunities for performance bonuses and medical coverage. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a salary increment upon successful completion of training.

Job description

The Executive –Customer Service role requires managing all enquiries pertaining to travel arrangements and related products and services, and supporting the contact centre via telephone calls and emails in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

The Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Assist with all incoming enquiries pertaining to travel reservations, products, and services.
  • Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign enquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enquiries related to changes in travel dates and related services.
  • Assist/undertake any other tasks as assigned by management.
Skill Requirements:
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • The ability to read, write and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment.
  • Contact Centre Operating Days: Rotational Shifts 24/7.
The Package :
  • Salary package:
    • During training, RM2,000.
    • Upon Successful Go Live RM2,250.
    • Upon confirmation, RM2,500 + 1 time payout of RM1,000.
  • Mandarin Language allowance RM 700 (read, write and speak Mandarin) + 1 time payout of RM1,000.
  • Performance Related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
  • Annual Leave 15 days.
  • Medical Leave 14 days.
  • Medical and hospitalization coverage.
