A FinTech company is seeking a Product Owner for their Copy Trading platform to drive the front-end experience. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset to lead UI/UX design and implement product growth metrics. The successful candidate will have significant experience in FinTech or gaming sectors, and work collaboratively to ensure a successful product launch and ongoing improvement.
Position Title: Product Owner – Copy Trading Platform
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the CEO
Location: Remote – European time zone (between London and Dubai preferred).
General Purpose:
Own the vision, conceptualization, and delivery of the front-end experience for the company’s new Copy Trading platform. While the backend engine is largely built, this role is responsible for shaping the entire consumer-facing product, ensuring an engaging, competitive, and business-driving UI/UX. Act as the business-focused “mini-CEO” of the product, combining entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on product ownership to launch and grow the platform.
This is a rare opportunity to build a product from the ground up on the front‑end side. With the backend largely complete, the focus is entirely on shaping the consumer journey, UI, and growth metrics. You’ll define how thousands of traders interact with the platform, benchmark against the best in the industry, and deliver a product that directly drives business growth. The environment is entrepreneurial, global, and fast‑paced—ideal for a Product Owner eager to take full ownership and leave a tangible impact.
Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonus tied to KPIs such as timely product launch, UI/UX quality, and user engagement metrics.
The process will include interviews with the Head of Product, CTO, and other stakeholders. Discussions will assess product ownership experience, ability to conceptualize and deliver UI/UX, and business acumen in driving product growth.
