This fully remote role involves following up with customers on invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining detailed tracking of collections progress. The ideal candidate has experience in collections or customer service, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is proficient in Excel. Qualifications

  • Experience in collections or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Positive attitude when handling difficult conversations.
  • Proficient in Excel. Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on outstanding customer invoices for timely collection.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Track collection progress and update payment statuses.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Team on collection status progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on customer payments.
  • Escalate disputes or high-risk accounts to Finance Director.
  • Resolve pay-related issues with the Sales Team.
  • Update the collection tracker with latest actions.
  • Maintain professional communication at all times.
