PRODUCTION PLANNER
Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring material availability, and updating production schedules. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in production planning. Familiarity with SAP and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

- 3 years' experience in production planning in manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and QA to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor material availability and issue requisitions when required.
- Update and adjust production schedules based on capacity, urgent orders, or delays.
- Prepare basic planning reports and track order status.
