- Coordinate machine crating and uncrate, transfer intersite, to machine vendor, to customer.

- Coordinate capacity ramp up plan.
- Maintain and update Capacity database when necessary.
- Coordinate factory expansion and new building.
- Quality Accountability:
- Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures and specifications.
- Address or elevate subordinate feedback.
- Execute, proliferate, monitor and follow up changes / quality performance.
- Communicate quality alert / changes to subordinates and peers in a timely manner.
- Any other duties assigned which falls within the above job summary.
Degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
Must have 5-8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
