• Oversee and be responsible for customer deliveries and pickup collection
• Handle and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively
• Liaise with freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and suppliers to coordinate shipments.
• Monitor shipment movements and report on service efficiency.
• Perform administrative duties such as sorting documentation.
