Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing customer payments.

Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.

Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Computer literate preferably with knowledge of Autocount Accounting system
