  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor progress against business goals.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic decision-making.
