Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in the Property Development industry, particularly with Integrated Projects.
• Strong understanding of project implementation and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project implementation within time frame, budget, and quality objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with various teams on design and execution.
• Chair client consultant meetings and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ESH matters and contract conditions.
