Head of Procurement & Contract Governance

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet sales, volume, and profitability targets.

Source vehicles through multiple channels (dealers, auctions, trade‑ins, fleets, corporates, consumers).

Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and incentives.

Monitor used car market trends and provide valuation/pricing guidance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and coach the sourcing team; set KPIs and drive performance.

Manage sourcing budgets and deliver on financial targets (margin, stock quality, channel mix).

Report sourcing performance and insights to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 10 years’ experience in automotive sourcing/procurement, with at least 5 years in leadership.

Strong knowledge of used car valuation, market dynamics, and sourcing channels.

Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Malaysia’s automotive industry.
