A global technology and consulting leader is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to integrate and deploy Intune managed devices in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves end-to-end application management, providing L3 support for technical issues, and bug analysis. Ideal candidates should have 4-10 years of experience and strong documentation writing skills. Knowledge of MDM approaches and experience with Windows management are essential. Formación
- 4-10 years of experience in workplace engineering or relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for L3 support activities.
- Experience in application management and deployment in Intune.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end application deployment and support in Intune.
- Handle L3 support for major incidents and technical issues.
- Conduct bug analysis and contribute to product lifecycle management.

The Senior Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.
- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
- Bug analysis/fixes
- Feature development when necessary
- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
- App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
- Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
- English C1
- Writing skills for documentation purposes
- MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
- Windows Devices management
- Windows Information Protection (WIP)
- MS Endpoint DLP
- McAfee Cloud Proxy
- F5 Per App VPN
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
