• Conduct bug analysis and contribute to product lifecycle management.

Job description

Title: Senior Workplace Engineer

Location: KL, Malaysia

Experience: 4-10 Years

The Senior Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.

A. Main tasks:

• End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
• L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
• Bug analysis/fixes
• Feature development when necessary
• Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity

B. Deliverables:

• App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
• Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
• Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured

C. Skills required:

• English C1
• Writing skills for documentation purposes
• MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
• Windows Devices management
• Windows Information Protection (WIP)
