Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance/Treasury Management

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and valuations for potential investments, joint ventures, and M&A activities.
• Perform financial due diligence, risk assessment, and scenario analysis for new business proposals.
• Support capital raising exercises, including debt, equity, or hybrid instruments for existing/new investment.
• Prepare investment papers, board papers, and other strategic documents for management approval.
• Analyse and monitor financial performance of all entities.
• Assist in structuring partnership deals, commercial negotiations, and strategic alliances.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and technical teams to evaluate feasibility of new ventures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, consultants, and potential partners.

Job Specifications:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory within the real estate or property development industry

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
