Job description

Identifying and analysing market trends, customer needs and competitive offerings to drive the development of new and improved banking products and digital channels

Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across the bank to gather requirements, design solutions and implement new product and channel initiatives

Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys to inform product roadmaps and channel strategy

Monitoring and optimising the performance of existing products and channels, and making recommendations for enhancements

Preparing business cases, product documentation and other supporting materials to facilitate decision‑making and implementation

Liaising with various stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new offerings

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, digital channel development or a related field within the banking or financial services industry

Strong understanding of the Malaysian banking landscape, consumer behaviours and digital trends

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesise data to drive informed decisions

Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within budget

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
