Job summary

A global tech support company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a sales and technical support representative. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls or chats, ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Skills

Strong written & verbal communication in Mandarin OR Cantonese + English
Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress/Joomla), PHP, MySQL
Proficiency in CRM tools and accurate data entry

Job description

The role is 100% sales and technical support with account management, comes with fixed basic, allowances etc.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls or chats, ensuring a consistently high level of customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Advise customers on new products and services to support the growth of their businesses.
  • Resolve issues within our support scope, and when necessary, guide customers toward third‑party solutions or paid services.
  • Troubleshoot products to provide effective solutions and support.
  • Take full responsibility for resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual performance targets, which may include metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and daily sales.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and excel at multitasking and prioritizing in a high‑volume environment.
Requirements
  • Strong written & verbal communication in Mandarin OR Cantonese + English to serve clients and customer markets (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan)
  • High level of comprehension, conversation flow, and chat etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress/Joomla), PHP, MySQL.
  • Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, FTP, SSH, and common error resolution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Skilled in handling objections, upselling, and cross‑selling.
  • Strong ownership of customer interactions.

Training is provided!

Work Time
  • Time: 8am – 5pm / 9am-6pm / 10am – 7pm
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Mode: WFO/Hybrid (Training and nesting will be onsite; WFH once get manager's approval based on overall performance-KPI, attendance, attitude & etc.
