The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and nurturing a talent pipeline. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, at least 3 years of HR experience, and strong English communication skills. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and mass hiring is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings to interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
- Provide valuable hiring insights to support better decision-making.
- Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding.
- Represent our employer brand at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and mass hiring is an advantage.
- Familiar with sourcing tools, social media, and networking platforms.
- Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
