Your Role in Our Mission

As the Lead - Global Talent Acquisition, you will architect and lead a world‑class recruitment strategy that fuels the firm’s global expansion. You will be responsible for attracting and securing exceptional trading, technology, and quantitative talent across multiple markets—driving both performance and culture alignment. This is a role for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, talent intelligence, and brand storytelling.

You’ll partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and senior business leaders to align hiring goals with organizational priorities, ensuring that NEXT Ventures remains the destination for top global talent in fintech and trading.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Global Talent Strategy & Leadership
  • Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that meets both immediate and long‑term business needs.
  • Lead and empower regional TA teams across SEA, South Asia, and EMEA to deliver hiring excellence at scale.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and business leaders, translating market insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Build hiring frameworks that support speed, diversity, and quality across all global markets.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
  • Lead the evolution of NEXT Ventures’ global employer brand to position the company as a top destination for trading, technology, and quantitative talent.
  • Partner with Marketing and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns, digital presence, and campus programs.
  • Champion authentic storytelling that highlights employee experiences, innovation, and cultural impact across regions.
Recruitment Analytics & Workforce Insights
  • Collaborate with the HR Analytics CoE to develop dashboards and analytics tracking efficiency, cost‑per‑hire, source performance, and candidate experience.
  • Use insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies, process efficiency, and interviewer effectiveness.
  • Apply predictive analytics to anticipate workforce demands, supporting agile hiring decisions aligned with business forecasts.
Collaboration Across HR CoEs
  • Partner with Total Rewards & Performance to align compensation offers with market benchmarks and performance metrics.
  • Work with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding transitions from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to build trader academies, leadership pipelines, and early career programs.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices by aligning TA strategies with global DEI goals.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global TA organization that operates with precision, creativity, and impact.
  • Standardize global recruitment processes while allowing for local agility and market nuance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the integration of AI, automation, and next‑generation recruitment technologies.
  • Foster a high‑accountability culture where data, quality, and candidate experience drive every decision.
What You Bring
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in regional or global leadership roles.
  • Experience in proprietary trading, fintech, hedge funds, or high‑growth technology environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in building scalable global TA infrastructures and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong command of technical, trading, and quantitative talent markets.
  • Deep expertise in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and analytics‑based hiring.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills with C‑level leaders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with operational excellence — balancing innovation and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern TA tech stacks (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools, analytics dashboards).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
