Role overview

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of requisitions and deliver best talent to Johnson Matthey. Your goal/purpose will be to ensure partnering with hiring managers to define briefs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining process compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across the KL IT Hub and Nilai Manufacturing Plant.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Source candidates through direct and indirect channels.
• Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
• Ensure compliance with TA policies and systems.
• Provide reporting and insights to TA Manager.

Requirements for the role

• Experience in IT, Engineering and Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Experience in Recruitment delivery.
• Knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and offer processes.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple requisitions.
